Statement of Faith
The Bible
We believe that the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments in their original writing are fully inspired by God and accept them as the supreme and final authority for faith and life.
We believe that in the Scripture of the Old and New Testaments, God has revealed Himself and given us an authoritative disclosure of His character and will.
God the Father
We believe there is One God, the sovereign Creator and Sustainer of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We have a loving heavenly Father who created us for a relationship with Him. We do not have to work for His recognition and acceptance, but we receive His love and affirmation over our lives.
Salvation
We believe that human beings, though created in the image of God, are sinful and guilty and lost without Christ and that this truth is a necessary preliminary to the Gospel.
We believe, because of the substitutionary sacrifice of Jesus Christ, that God freely forgives those who are brought to repentance and faith in His Son.
We believe that all who are justified by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ are born again of the Holy Spirit and thereby become children of God.
We believe in the resurrection of the just and the unjust and the eternal damnation of those who have rejected God’s offer of salvation in Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ, as begotten by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary, is true God and true man. We believe that Jesus Christ, as God incarnate, is unique and sinless.
We believe that on the cross, Jesus Christ became sin for us, was judged by God and died in our place. We believe in the bodily resurrection of the Lord Jesus, His ascension into Heaven, and His present ministry as our High Priest and advocate with the Father.
We believe that the Jesus of history and the Christ of Glory are the same Person. We believe in the personal and visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ in power and glory to judge the living and the dead.
The Church
We believe that the one true and universal Church consists of those who have been redeemed by Jesus Christ and regenerated by the Holy Spirit.
We believe the local church should be the expression of the one true universal Church; therefore, the new birth and personal confession of faith in Christ are essentials of Church membership.
The Holy Spirit
We believe (i) in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, by which believers are empowered and equipped for service,
(ii) in the gifts and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, and
(iii) in the God-given ministries of the Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, and Teacher.
Baptism
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ appointed the sacrament of baptism in water to be observed as an act of obedience and a perpetual witness to the Christian faith.
Baptism is the immersion of the believer in water as a confession of identification with Christ in His burial and resurrection.
Communion
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ appointed the sacrament of the Lord’s supper; to be observed as an act of obedience and a perpetual witness to the Christian faith.
The Lord’s Supper is the partaking of the emblems which symbolise the broken body and shed blood of Christ; in remembrance of His sacrificial death until He comes.

Our Core Values
Our core values describe who we are and how we build.
Whether we are building a discipleship group, a campus ministry, or planting a new church, these core values are the essential foundation on which we make all decisions.
Lordship
We value Christ in us
Because Jesus is “King of kings and Lord of lords,” we believe in wholehearted submission (‘sub’ means to align under and ‘mission’ means to His Mission).
To submit means to align our lives and priorities under His mission.
God’s will and His Word are the starting point of the Christian faith and the foundation of all spiritual growth. Absolute obedience is essential to being a true disciple.
Evangelism
We value people
Because God’s heart is to reach the lost, we seek to build churches primarily through evangelism, not transfer — through birth, not adoption.
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that He gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
Discipleship
We value maturity in Christ
Because we are called to make disciples, our primary focus is ministering to people, not conducting meetings, administering programs, or building buildings.
Matthew 28: 19-20 “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Leadership
We value Godly influence
Because we are called to raise-up spiritual leaders, we prioritize leadership training and deliberately create opportunities for young potential leaders to develop their gifts.
2 Timothy 2:2 “And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others.”
Family
We value natural and lasting relationships
Because the family is the foundational and validation for all ministry, we refuse to sacrifice our marriages and our children on the altars of temporal success.
Psalm 127:1,3 “Unless the Lord builds the house, its builders labour in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchmen stand guard in vain… Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children are a reward from him.”
And because we believe God has called us to be spiritual family, we reject the idea of disposable relationships and choose to walk in love, respect and unity.
Ephesians 4:3 “Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.”

How We Go About Making Disciples

Engage
We intentionally engage the culture and community through a conversation or activity to build relationships with unbelievers and ultimately share the Gospel’s message with them.

Establish
We establish people in Christ through deliberately and systematically laying biblical foundations in all believers.
We aim to establish believers in –
- Faith – Personal Word-based convictions through discipleship.
- Freedom – Personal spiritual victory (Victory weekend).
- Family – Natural and spiritual family.

Equip
We aim to deliberately equip every believer with the understanding and heart to be able to minister.
We equip believers to –
- Follow Jesus,
- Fellowship with believers, and
- Fish for men.

Empower
We believe in empowering people by giving them the necessary tools, skills, and practical training to be confident in making and multiplying disciples.
We empower believers to –
- Engage – Culture and community.
- Establish – Biblical foundations.
- Equip – Believers for ministry.
- Empower – Disciples to make disciples.
Matthew 28:19-20 “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
